5.4 DRIVE TECHNOLOGY -  Always one step ahead

Our steel castings are used in the field of drive technology for such applications as rolling mill drives, heavy machinery construction, ship propulsion units, pumps and heavily loaded drives in general mechanical engineering.

The heavy flange drivers weighing up to 5 t developed at C. Grossmann are deployed in numerous container ships and deep-sea tankers, where they reliably withstand immense torques under constant loads.

Within the scope of joint CIP workshops, we continue to develop the present standard with our customers.
